Physical Products
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return physical products purchased through our website. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging.
Return Process

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company or financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs

Digital Products and Downloads
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on digital downloads, online courses, or other digital content once they have been accessed or downloaded. Subscriptions and Memberships
Cancellation

Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Refund Policy for Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, we do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within the first 14 days of a new subscription year, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the year. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
Event Tickets and Workshops
Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your registration for an event, workshop, or class, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund
Transferability
If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please contact us with the name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place at least 24 hours before the event.
Cancellation by Elmpod Joy
In the event that we need to cancel an event, workshop, or class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future date. We will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred due to event cancellation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs, at our discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refund unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and return the original item to the address provided.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
